I think I've been over extending my turnout recently.. The muscle inbetween my kneecap and my shin bone hurts REALLY bad. It's a sharp pain when pressure's put on it. Do you know how to fix this other than ice and rest?! Like, an ace bandge or something?? I can't dance on it right now and my school's dance team tryouts are in a week and a half!! Help! ;((
