Do I have to pay the insurance back?

I got into a wreck in December and broke my kneecap. The other person was ruled to be at fault. I had to get surgery to correct my knew and go to physical therapy. My medical insurance covered 80% of my hospital bills, but my mom has this thing on her policy that entitles me to a 25,000 payout. I haven't gotten the payout from the car insurance yet and was wondering if there was any way that the medical insurance would ask for the money back since it was ruled an accident and expect the car insurance to pay for it?
