I just had a rugby game and i tackled this guy and i hurt myself. My leg went off balance and my foot leaned left and my ankle hurted but not alot. it didnt twist i was just leaning the the left side of the foot. i can describe it :p The pain went all the way up to me kneecap. It doesnt hurt that much. is there a chance a bone could be broken or fractured? and any tips on making it better?
