i feel it depends on their age, how they act....because there are some women i see with women that are married and have children or expecting and i think they are just shitty *** people and i dont respect them at all, and there are women that arent married and they are great people and work hard to support their child and themselves....

Dog with dislocated knee cap?

My yorkie has always had bad knees, but a few days ago, she dislocated one of her kneecaps. The vet popped it back in, but it dislocated again within hours. The vet said that if she didn't recover or if the knee kept sliding out of place, she'd need surgery. She's still limping, and her kneecap keeps sliding out of joint, so I'm assuming we're at the surgery stage. The vet said he'd give me the name of a specialist to take care of it (it's Sunday, so I have to get it tomorrow), but I'm a little worried about the cost. I'll pay for the surgery no matter what, of course, because I can't leave her in pain like this, but does anyone have any experience with this? I think the vet said she had floating patellas or something like that. How bad will this surgery be? And how long will it take her to recover? Ballpark, of course. I know it won't be the same for every vet, or even for every dog. I'm just looking for estimates.

soo for the last two days in gym class ( we are playing soccer ) we also never warm up in the beginning.. whenever i would go to kick a ball ( i play hard ) i would get this pain in my kicking leg, at the quadricep. I didnt let it bother me and played through the minor pain. Today in gym class it was going fine.. i went too shoot a goal and kicked the ball with my toe very powerfully and it felt like my quadricep got ripped off. It hurt in the middle of my quadricep. In between the kneecap and my hip. I had this burning pulling stingiing sensation. i could barly walk with my foot.. I am not a wimp soo i played through the pain and when people would pass it too me i wouldtry again to kick it. Itcontinued the stinging pulling sensation everytime i would kick it... after a coulple times of me kicking the ball i couldnt bare the paiin and stood there not telling anyone i was hurt. When i stopped playing the pain shot down all the way down the side of my knee. it has been hurting ever since that.. which was prob around 9 this morning.. also when i am sitting i can not lift my quadriceps up it kills. I have cheerleading tryouts starting monday..helpme out!

What could be wrong with my knee?

Last night I couldn't see where I was going and ran into a bedpost. My knee didn't hurt much at the time, but when I got up this morning if anything touches it it is excruciating pain and it is messing up my walking. I have bruised that kneecap a couple years ago so I am wondering if I could have bruised it last night. Does anyone know what this could be if it does not sound like a bruised bone?

Differences mediterannean girls vs. british girls?

Upon visiting areas in the mediterrean and britain i am really appalled in the differences of how women present themselves.... in the mediterranean countries women were quite petite/short, beautiful, and really well dressed and put together....they dressed in very very classy clothing and always had their hair done... however, when visiting the british countries i noticed quite the opposite.... many british girls presented themselves as plain SLOBS!!!! clothing was very sloppy... and manners were terrible.... it seemed that all the british girls wanted to do was drink and belch all day.... and their housekeeping was atrocious compared to the mediterraneans.... they were just utter pigs and burped and farted like animals.... the mediterraneans barely drank, and kept gorgeous looking homes that sparkled.... they were just so much more lady like than those pigs.... has anyone elese noticed these differences ?

i've been really interested in multiplayer since i had black ops and had a taste of online combat training with my friends on his ps3. i have a xbox but i dont have live. if i had live i wouldn't be asking this question. and my closest thing to multiplayer is mw2s museum mode. i just hope that iw will include combat training so the main menu would be like campaign, multiplayer, and spec ops, and then go to multiplayer, and there will be xbox live, local, combat training, and theather. :P that would be kool. plz comment about ur opinions about combat training below.

Severe hip pain after an injection at the hospital?

I went to the ER yesterday for severe back and shoulder pain after moving the wrong way. The doctor ordered Morphine and Phenergan injections. The nurse injected the morphine into my left hip and the phenergan into my right hip. As soon as she pushed the needle into my right hip, I got a really intense pain in my hip that radiated down to my right knee and my kneecap felt like it was going to explode. Now, I still have pain in my right hip when I move my leg and I'm worried that she did something wrong. Should I be worried? Is it possible that she damaged a nerve? Thanks!

Broken Steel Glitch: Fallout 3?

Hey, I just finished playing the campaign to Fallout 3, and I had installed broken Steel. So, when I killed all the people in the Purifier room, we talked to the person on the Intercom, and I risked myself to activate Project Purity. I know many people have glitches, people not speaking over the intercom, but mine is different. I watch that little movie and everything, and then it says 2 Weeks Later. I am lying either face up or face down, and I can hear A Mr.Gutsy speaking in the background, and no one is talking. Let me be specific here, I don't even get up, all I can do is sit there looking at the ground our ceiling, I am not sure, and I can not see much, but I sat there for so long, and I tried to undownload it and everything. I even made sure that the "Broken Steel" sign came up before I entered the Purifier room, and it did. I am not sure what Is wrong but I need as much help as possible. Thank you in advance. Patella (kneecap) dislocation question?

I'm 15 and I recently (yesterday) dislocated my kneecap, this isn't the first time it's happened and normally when it does i just knock it back in place myself but I'm not able to walk properly for a day or two. This has happened about three times before. Should I seek medical attention for it? It slips out quite easily and normally my knee cap is very mobile. it doesnt mean it hurts any less though :/

The patella is a pretty tough bone. If the doctor did not tell you that the patella was cracked, then the patella is probably not cracked. The x-ray would have shown a crack and the doctor should have told you if that was the case. He probably also would have fitted your son with a knee brace. Keep using the ice for the swelling. If your son has trouble walking, you may want to invest in some type of Ace bandage or knee brace until he feels better.

Now normally I'd go on Toolset and just edit it to see if I can find the problem, but I never learned how to edit campaign modules (they never show up half the time). okay so I'm 14 yrs old female. i was playing baseball, running to first base, the first baseman stepped on my foot. It rolled my ankle and twisted my knee. this was last saturday. it got very swollen so I iced it and it felt better, but all week it has been sore on the back of my left knee and on my left ( if your looking at it, right) side of my kneecap. last night I was jumping on my tramp and hyper extended it. now it's hurting on the opposite side of my knee as well as right under my kneecap, almost on my shin. it really hurts to walk and hurts even more to bend it back or forward. it is only a little swollen. my parents won't take me to the doctor, my mom says it will go away. but, I think it is serious. the pain feels kind of twisting and it feels like my kneecap slides around when I walk. what should I do? does anyone know what's wrong? ten points for best answer!! thankyou!!

Okay so I am pretty darn mad right now !! Ok so at about 5 or 6 today, I went shopping at publix to get some quick groceries when I was in the frozen foods section and I had a perfect view of the lane right in front. There was the adorable six year old girl, who I later found out was named Caroline and her mother who seemed pretty full of herself checking out. Well, Caroline asked her mom if she could get a fish. So her mom said no and walked away. Caroline was upset and sat down on the ground right where she was and to my surprise the cashier and everyone behind hem just kept moving and didn't regard the child at all !! I'm like WTHeck ?!? So I left for like two minutes to get a cart and set some juice and came back to check on the child, and she was still there. So now it's been about 5 min since the whole incident happened. Well I went up to the child and introduced myself and showed her my daughter's pictures and tried to make her fell safe. So i took her and talked with her and we stood by the door. And waited a FULL ten. Minutes before her mother came back with a latte and a yogurt !! Then she came Up to me, GARED at me and snatched the choked away from my hand ! I was just completely appalled by this mother's actions and I just can't get over this. My husband thinks she's some crazy lunatic and doesn't need a child. I feel really bad for Caroline. WWE Punk Shoot----> Real or Scripted?

I'm leaning towards scripted, but a lot of the stuff he said had so much truth, and he wasn't a character, he was himself. It was just, I think, the best promo I've ever seen. Disagree? I'm also beginning to think it was scripted because at around 10:58-11 I saw the WWE logo sign as if they aniticipated cutting off abruptly. I also think it was scripted because wouldn't they have stopped him long after he got to he bully campaign? Do fractures, or tears always show up on X-rays and MRI's?

A few weeks ago, I feel super hard on my kneecap while running down hill and falling right into gravel. Right away my knee hurt horribly. I couldn't walk on it, and it swelled up and bruised right away. I feel with so much force, that I had to get stitches in my hands, and my shirt was ripped open. I went in to the ER, and they thought that it looked fractured, but the X-rays didn't show anything. A few days later, I couldn't stand the pain anymore, and I went into the orthopedic, to see if maybe the fracture just didn't show. They said it was just bruised with hematoma. But after 11 days, it just seemed to be getting worse, so I went back in. That time I had an MRI, and they still couldn't find and fractures or tears. They said it's just very badly traumatized, and bruised to the bone with hematoma.They thought that the outside looks like I fractured it though. So, they put me on crutches for 2-4 weeks, but said they couldn't really do anything else for it at this time. A few months ago, the same thing happened to my wrist, and they said that it was just bruised up. But a few weeks later, they finally figured out it was fractured. Could the same thing be with my knee? I'm in constant pain, and I cant sleep it hurts so bad. It's still swollen, bruised, I cant stand on it, I cant move it or straighten out my leg, and I cant have anything touch it with out it hurting SUPER bad. It's also very hot compared to the other one and it looks different from the other. I also have this weird lump and hurts really bad whenever someone touches it too. Sometimes my toes, feet and bottom part of my leg go numb, and the my entire knee is just in chronic pain. It's been 19 days since this happened, and it just feels like it's getting worse everyday. Could they be missing something?

I can't import my save from Dawn of War 2 Chaos Rising to Retribution?

I had saved games from Chaos Rising, but my computer broke and I lost all my saves. When I got DAW2: Retribution it imediatly asked if I wantedto import my saves to the game. I didn't have any but I still played the game. However, I didn't like the story, so I instaled DAW2 and DAW2: Chaos Rising played them again and when I finished I whent back to DAW2: Retribution to import those saves. Except that I can't find any option to import those saves. I tried to erase the firt save from the campaign of retribution but it didn't helped.

One of your quadriceps muscles (the rectus femoris - google it) could be the issue. This muscles runs down through your knee behind the kneecap. Don't worry about massaging your knee, try massaging your quads especially the muscle I mentioned to try and loosed it u a bit. What is wrong with my knee?

I run cross country for my high school team, and monday we started conditioning and our coach had us run about 4 miles (3.6 because our course is a little off) and i hadn't run in about half a year (yikes!). I got this weird feeling in my knee when i came home. By the kneecap it's really swollen. It doesn't hurt, but it feels like my knee is swollen up like a balloon. Its a really annoying feeling and it kind of feels like there's fluid in my knee. If i bend my knee, you can see this really big swollen area. What can i do? It doesn't hurt if i run on it. I ran today (2.4 miles) and I didn't feel a thing. I don't think i should be running on it, but i dont want to be out of practice for too long. What is it? Should i go see my doctor? Knee pain? (13 years old)?

I'm 13 years old and for the past two or three years I have had some odd knee pain in my right knee. The pain starts on the top of my kneecap, and is mostly on the left side of my knee. It's an odd pain, it feels weak, and when I walk it often gets close to giving out. Mostly, it's really weak and just aches a lot. The pain is on and off, it starts off really painful, then dies down a little but is still painful, then stops completely, then again in another maybe ten minutes it will start again. The only injury I can think of that happened with my knee is when I fell on the concrete and sprained my knee when I was about 8 or 9 years old. My knee has been hurting like this for maybe two or three years, it hurts then stops for a while like a few months, then starts up again. Why is my finger numb?

Yesterday I went running and hurt my knee. Could it be serious?

I am 75 pounds overweight and just started running - jogging, I should say, as I am very slow. It was only my fourth day, and I have just been running about two and a half blocks. I wear good sneakers with a custom insole that provides good support. I am running on concrete. Yesterday I ran the first block and a half and slowed to a walk, and my right knee started to hurt. I turned and walked home and by the time I got there I was limping. It is joint pain, not the kneecap or tendons; it feels like the whole joint is sore, but not the inside, just the outside, all around. It hasn't swelled at all. It isn't severe, but it's enough that I can't walk far. I iced it when I got home but haven't got a heating pad right now. Today it's still sore, about the same as yesterday. My ADVICE is that you go see your doctor or head to the nearest hospital emergency room, where they can do x-rays and a proper assessment. Why do so many people speak with overly simplistic english?

Is it just me, or is the english language being watered down by people who do not speak eloquently. It seems as if people do not explain themselves properly and simplify their language by using generic words instead of more descriptive words. So many people seem to talk with a 500 word vocabulary instead of a 30,000 word vocabulary. I am not saying that people should intentionally use big words, or make things overly complex however it is kind of appalling to see people talking in this overly simplistic non descriptive language that is used today. Do you think people are becoming less and less descriptive, or were they always like this? I am not saying we should all be english purists. I have nothing against slangs, but I am indeed bothered by people using words such as "mad" to describe angry, and disrespectfulness to describe their child's bad behavior. I also notice people tend not to use proper names for instance they will say "duck" instead of mallard or call something "gay" instead of saying not cool or uninteresting.

It pops and grinds against the bones sometimes and it hurts A LOT for a long time. It hurts more at night after all my activities and sports. Other times it is completely pain free. Can I have full range of motion in my knee 4 years after surgery?

I had a benign cyst in my knee under the patella that was surgically removed in 2006. It has been hurting to this day, I think because of weak muscles around the knee. I hadn't really been doing knee strengthening exercises. I did physical therapy after the surgery and then again in 2008. I had some muscle strength back after that. Then in 2009 I ran track in school and last year I ran track also, but I got little muscle strength gain. I am trying to regain muscle in my knee and quads and trying to regain full range of motion in my knee. Is it possible? and if so, how long until it I get full range? If you are young- under 20- you probably have Osgood Schlauter Desease. I have this. I am a soccer player, a swimmer, a runner- I'm doing sports all of the time. When I was around 11 years old, I got this pain in my knee that is EXACTLY like the one you described. My knee was sometimes a little swollen under the kneecap and you could notice a small lump there- but that's not in every case. Don't worry. Osgood Schlauter is a common desease in young people that is untreatable. The doctors can diagnose it, but the only thing that really helps is pain meds. Their is no treatment. It doesn't hurt that often- you're right. It would still help to go to the hospital and ask to order an X-ray just to be sure. Osgood Schlauter can be seen on the X-rays. Another thing that I've found that helps- if you do end up having Osgood Schlauter, is an oil that can be bought at the drug store. It's called "WELDA Anrica Massage Oil" and it really helps sore muscles. It comes in a small green bottle with an orange label and a white cap if you need to find it. If you have Osgood Schlauter, don't worry. It's not a big deal, the pain isn't bad after a while, and the desease goes away when you're over the age of 18.

How secure are steri strips after a cut opens for a second time?

So about 2 weeks ago, I banged my knee up on a rock pretty bad (just below the kneecap) and had to get 15 stitches (10 external, 5 internal). Wednesday marked the two week mark after it happened and I got my stitches out. The cut had healed up pretty nicely and I had exercised prior to today but I was playing frisbee and slid in the grass, opening up the cut again. Both knee and ankle hurt during my run, and i cant sprint because of the pain. then, after i stop running, i get a horrible pain in my knee that shoots down my leg and into my ankle. it doesnt feel like a muscle, and its been hurting about a week and 1/2. it hurts on the inside of my knee mostly, by the kneecap, and also a little on the top part. my foot hurts around ankle and back of heel. ive been icing for a while, but it doesnt seem to help much once i start running again. please help? do u know what it is or how i can ease the pain?

I have a pain in my left knee when I bend it all put all my weight on just that knee.?

This started about 6-8 weeks ago I was playing football (soccer) i swung to volley the ball and a defender and suddenly got in my way and my leg was extended and I smashed my kneecap at full force against the others players side. At the time for a minute I couldn't walk on it but I limped around for 5 minutes then as we didn't have any substitutes played on for the remaining 40-50 minutes. It has since slowly got a bit better each week but still hurts significantly when bending or when taking part in long periods of exercise. It isn't the front of the knee that hurts its as if when my kneecap took the impact it damaged a part behind there (maybe a muscle) as the sharp/ache pain I get is behind the knee area. If anyone could tell me what they think I've done and how to make it better that would be appreciated.

Possible Serious Dance Injury?

My left hip seems to be very hypermobile all of a sudden. It has been this way for a couple years, but now it is taking a toll on my knee and ankle. I keep going to physical therapists and such but all they say is that it's a tight IT Band. I know that's not the only case. When I turn out my leg, my quadricep muscle does not follow my leg to the side, it just stays on top of my leg and then when i go to straighten my leg it clips and pulls my kneecap to the outisde of my leg. I do understand that this is a tight IT band, but i feel like no matter how many times i attempt to do the excersises my physical therapist gave me, it's not helping because there's something wrong with the muscle. I am going to the PT another time this week. Could this possibly be an overstretched hip ligament? or maybe a hip dislocation? it's causing really unequal weight distribution and now all of my joints are feeling the effects, especially my ankles! You may have dislocated it, or pulled a muscle or something. xD I'm not a doctor, but I DO know something. There is nothing to fear from an x-ray or an MRI. My little sister did a CT scan, it didn't hurt. Neither will an MRI. I've had to get an x-ray when I had pneumonia. It didn't hurt at all, and it's interesting to get to see what's inside your body! xD

Tightness in my left knee when using stairs?

This has been going on since late January and it's becoming more and more frequent. It used to be my knee would only feel tight (on the outer left side of my knee cap) if I went up or down the stairs, but lately I've been getting that feeling if I've walked for a while, used the stairs, running (I don't run very fast, I'm afraid my knee might give out if I do) and just bending it a few times can cause it. My knee isn't swollen, it never swelled up at all before either, I can touch my knee when it feels tight and I have no tenderness. I've asked my doctor, who's requested I get a few x-rays of my knee done (I haven't gotten them done yet), and he couldn't figure out why it might be from the way I described it (it's hard to describe). He looked at my knee and bent it a few different ways, tried moving the kneecap around, but he still had no clue. I haven't injured it in any way, I snowboard during the winter, but my right leg is first. I'm worried if I pulled something or anything like that. Like I've sai, it doesn't always hurt. so i went to the orthopedic doctor today and he told me that he thinks i irritated my kneecap and it'll just go away after a while. i personally think i might have torn my acl. I know that "doctor knows best" but he took an x-ray and not an mri. he wanted to look at my knee joint but that's not my problem. my knee hurts all over the front, all over in the back only when i'm standing up though, and after this seven months it makes my quads and calf's twitch and kind of hurt. if you think those are symptoms of anything torn and i should get an mri please tell me so. Okay so about four weeks ago I had knee surgery (arthroscopic). I had a dislocated kneecap and lateral release. Well so I've been going to therapy 2-3 times a week and doing daily exercises at home. My knee has been pretty swollen the past couple weeks. Yesterday, my therapist said that my kneecap had moved a little bit out of place. So she taped it. Should I talk to my doctor about a brace? I can home from work to find my babysitter giving my toddler coke in her sippy cup. I was so appalled i completely lost my voice as I grab her cup and took her to bathroom and washed her mouth out. I have pain in my knee sometimes, doc told me to get an x-ray and stay in bed...It was the effort, I climbed a mountain in the snow and it was hard on my knees :P Perhaps your had a similar experience a few years ago and there is something not ok with the bones or the muscle. My kneecap moves; is this normal?

I was standing up with my leg straight, bent over at the waist and, for whatever reason, I tried to move my kneecap side to side and to my amazement it moves side to side. This only happens when I am standing up and with a straight leg, knee locked. Is that normal? Can everyone do this?

Yesterday I had arthroscopic knee surgery and I had a dislocated kneecap almost. I had a flap of ligament that pushed by kneecap way out of track. So he cut that ligament and my kneecap is now back in place. I go back June 1st for a follow up appointment. MY QUESTION, HOW LONG UNTIL I CAN DO SPORTS? I have to start therapy soon.

Knee Injury: MCL or Medial Meniscus? ?

For a while now I have been experiencing pain along the inner side of my knee but over the weekend at a softball tournament it got worse. I don't remember a specific injury however it is quite painful. When I walk my inner knee feels tight and has pain with full extension and bending all the way. Also, pivoting to the left (this is my left knee) hurts significantly. There is minimal bruising and swelling but it takes a lot of force for me to bruise. There is also tenderness and pain when I press on about an inch over from my kneecap and just a little lower from it. Would this be a meniscus or mcl injury? My coach wants me to get it looked at but my mom isn't concerned. Will it get worse? Also what type of treatments are involved? I have been icing and whatnot but there is no change. Also, I play alot of softball, so can I still play? Or would I have to take time off? Thanks a bunch :)

Should I be worried about swollen feet after a knee injury?

about 3 weeks ago I fell down some steps and had to get 23 stitches in my kneecap. I had to wear an immobilization brace for 7 days. This week I got my stitches removed and my feet have started to swell during the day and returning to normal at night. I'm not sure if this is normal or something I should be scared about. I'm trying to keep my foot elevated as much as I can, but I work at a desk all day. Any info would be appreciated!

my iphone was alredy cracked before but just minorly at the bottem, so while i was out with friends last night i guess i jumped and while it was in my pocket it hit my kneecap and basicly it just cracked even more, so then i tried unlocking it and from where the deepest like center crack is, which is like in the middle of the phone, all the way down the touch screen doesnt work, but like if you press home twice and want to play a song that part of the touch screen works. basicly what im asking is what i should do and if i should repair it would i need to replace the whole lcd or just the glass and how much would that cost. thank you

Do I have to pay the insurance back?

I got into a wreck in December and broke my kneecap. The other person was ruled to be at fault. I had to get surgery to correct my knee and go to physical therapy. My medical insurance covered 80% of my hospital bills, but my mom has uninsured motorist on her policy that entitles me to an automatic 25,000 payout. I haven't gotten the payout from the car insurance yet and was wondering if there was any way that the medical insurance would ask for the money back since it was ruled an accident and expect the car insurance to pay for it? I don't understand why they would since the uninsured motorist is an automatic thing that I receive for whatever I need to cover and my health insurance paid for it anyway and haven't asked for it back.

I dislocated my right kneecap yesterday...?

Yesterday, while playing basketball, i dislocated my kneecap. My kneecap was on the right side of my knee and it looked pretty bad. But on the way to the hospital my kneecap popped back into place by itself. I went and saw the doctor anyways and after taking x-rays and not seeing anything wrong with my knee, he gave me a brace, crutches, and said that i should be walking in a week and that i'd be completely fine in a month. However, i woke up today and my knee had swollen up greatly (almost covering up my kneecap) and it is much more stiff and sore. Should i be worried at all? Should i be going to physical therapy (i saw online that this type of dislocation requires this)? I'm joining a basketball league that starts in a little over a month so i need to know how long this will take to heal. Thanks!

PLEASE HELP! bug bites!!!!!!!!!!?

ok so i have just (today) gotten alot of bug bites, im not going to go over all of them, but just the onesthat im concerned with. well first, there are two on my back that are very close to eachother and are big red bumps (about an inch in diameter) and one is smaller than the other. i think they are bed bug bites but im not sure. now the one that im really concered with is the one on the left side of my shin. this things is FREAKING HUGE. i measured it and its about 3 inchs in diameter. it basicly looks like a kneecap(no joke) and has a little red spot in the middle but just mildly red. it has gotten incresingly bigger throughout the day. serious answers please dnt just tell me to call an extrermanator

It looks as though he likes history and geography and doesn't do well in math or science, in which he could have a disability. He's getting too big to be held back. Some states don't allow kids to be held back more than once in one grade. I'd pass him and get him some testing. If he's doing good work it could also be that he doesn't test well and could be eligible for extra time on exams. It sounds like the school is failing him rather than the other way around.

Breach of Confidentiality At Work UK?

At the end of the month, my line manager sends a spreadsheet to each departmental employee which details everybody's worked hours, prior to sending the information to payroll . This month I had a couple of days off as a result of an upset stomach and not only was the fact that I was off sick detailed on the spreadsheet but also the reason why. Reasons for other members of staffs absence were also been detailed on the spreadsheet. Whilst I'm not really THAT worried that my colleagues know that I had a dickie stomach, I'm still pretty appalled that this information was freely provided to other members of staff. I do not work for a small company, in fact I work for probably the largest employer in the UK and therefore this spreadsheet gets sent to fair number of people in the department and I'm pretty incredulous that something like this could happen. I am very concerned that this spreadsheet breaches both my employee and my colleagues rights to confidentiality. I would like your thoughts.

So he gave my parents an instruction sheet for like elevation, ice, showering, meds, etc, stuff like that. I go back on June 1 for a follow up appointment, and then therapy just for a few weeks. My question, when do you think I will be able to do sports again? Any advice from the surgery recovery? 10 points to the best answer! Thanks!

Whats wrong with my joints?

i know i should go to a doctor and i`ll get around to that, but i just really wanna know what`s wrong with my joints. i`ve beenhaving trouble with them for a little over a year now and i thought it was maybe from cheerleading but i`m not sure. my left knee feels like it`s constantly under pressure, like something is pressing right on my kneecap. it also burns and tingles throughout the day, esp after walking. it`s sensitive to the cold too. my ankle sometimes feels like needles are pricking it, and has a similar sensation to my knee. my right knee feels like a door hinge that needs to be oiled. ha i know this sounds like a laundry list of ailments but i`d reaaally appreciate some insight. thanks.. i`ll see a dr soon enough

My fitness is appalling, help please?

It's not good if it's that high for long amounts of time, but it's ok for a little bit of time. I would join an activity tho instead! Exercising by yourself is hard and boring. I would join a school sport cause you get friends and have fun while staying healthy! I would suggest colorguard because I love it and it's ammazing, but alot of schools don't have one, however I lost 50 pounds total in my 4 years of guard which doesn't seem like alot in the amount of time but I really hadn't tried the first three years an only lost 20 in those years and this year I lost about another 30 because I started eating healthier too! So just find an activity that will get you active and having fun! Good luck!!!
